Started on Aurelien Quest. Hope to launch by December 25th. It’s a mobile / windows 10 game about a silly game idea I had when I was 16. Essentially my friend must find all his friends who have been captured by their hobbies.
Game design & potential project
Today I graduated college and received my B.S in Information Systems. While speaking with several of my colleagues we came up with the idea of creating a simple RPG to hone our skill and have a project on our portfolio. I’m still deciding if the core language will be in C# or Java but I hope to start wire framing and designing a basic RPG system before the end of January.
Spigot 1.8 and continuation of ReitzRPG
ReitzRPG was moved from Bukkit to Spigot in light of recent events regarding Minecraft version 1.8. Spigot has continued to maintain the stability of the CraftBukkit server implementation in their own project. Craftbukkit with recent events seemed to has stalled out at 1.7.9 and has no future plans to continue. So with that in mind I have moved my ReitzRPG project to the new repository located at: http://www.spigotmc.org/resources/reitzrpg.1159/

University of Texas Search Application
Today I started on my homework that is due for my mobile development course. The homework consists of using Android Studio, an application that makes developing for the Android much easier. While my skills are still in their infancy, regarding my knowledge of the full Android platform, it brings a smile to my face being able to create something and put it on my phone. I’m hoping to figure out cross platform communication sometime in the near future.Can I get my Minecraft database and player files to be configured through a phone application? How cool would that be?

Hi my name is Paul, to those who know me as the Minecraft plugin developer my name is Paully104. I’ve started up this blog to start mirroring updates in case if the Bukkit.org website goes down along with my repository of my work. To keep the story short and sweet, Bukkit is having an issue with a DMCA take down request from one of its main coders. The reason behind it, is due to Minecraft switching its EULA to a new license that’s not “open source”. On top of this happening Minecraft has now been sold to Microsoft for $2,500,000,000. The community’s stability is in shambles and while I know this is just a transitioning phase, there while be a decent time period of drama. So I made this wonderful blog to keep up with all my downloaders and I hope to find a repository of my own that I can use so there’s no worry about my work getting caught in limbo. So for now I included two links, the first being to the Bukkit repository and the second being towards a dropbox that will be the temporary location of ReitzRPG.
